"During season one we were shooting in a chocolate factory in San Francisco. We had a very small crew and I was running around setting lights. I ran under a big, metal roll up door and misjudged my clearance and ran into it just above my left eye opening up a 2 inch fountain of blood. We found someone to sew it up and I was shooting the next day, albeit with a ball cap."
