Frances (a parody of Annie Wilkes from Misery) is Brown's self-proclaimed biggest fan. She has a collection of many of the show's props that she purchased from the internet. Brown first encountered Frances in "This Spud's For You Too" after his truck broke down, and she held Brown hostage in "Ill Gotten Grains" after he lost his memory in a fender-bender.
